Recruiter - interview scheduling (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Denver. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 354 people based in Denver. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
