Recruiter - interview scheduling (Dallas, TX)

Redstone North Learning Group is an education provider in Dallas serving students and families. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 918 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
