Recruiter - interview scheduling (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Clear Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
