Recruiter - interview scheduling (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Dallas with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 205 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
