Recruiter - interview scheduling (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality Associates runs guest-focused properties across the Dallas area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 666 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
