Recruiter - interview scheduling (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Timber Property Management Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 528 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
