Recruiter - interview scheduling (Columbus, OH)

Bright Yarrow Health is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
