Recruiter - interview scheduling (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Umber Health provides primary and specialty care in Columbus, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
