Recruiter - interview scheduling (Columbus, OH)

Clearpath Meadow Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
