Recruiter - interview scheduling (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Union Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 685 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
