Recruiter - interview scheduling (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Mill Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
