Recruiter - interview scheduling (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Columbus, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
