Recruiter - interview scheduling (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
