Recruiter - interview scheduling (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Vista Housing Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 211 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
