Recruiter - interview scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Fern Hospitality is a hospitality company in Colorado Springs with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
