Recruiter - interview scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Clearpath Umber Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
