Recruiter - interview scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Greenridge Summit Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
