Recruiter - interview scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Bridge Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
