Recruiter - interview scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Ivory Facilities looks after properties across the Colorado Springs region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
