Recruiter - interview scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Greenridge Field Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Colorado Springs area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Families are partners. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
