Recruiter - interview scheduling (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Fern Hospitality is a hospitality company in Cleveland with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
