Recruiter - interview scheduling (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Forge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Cleveland. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 466 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
