Recruiter - interview scheduling (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Sparrow Health is a healthcare provider in Cincinnati with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
