Recruiter - interview scheduling (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
