Nova Drift Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
