Recruiter - interview scheduling (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Clear Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
