Recruiter - interview scheduling (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Linden Hospitality and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
