Recruiter - interview scheduling (Chicago, IL)

Redstone Rook Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Chicago. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
