Recruiter - interview scheduling (Chicago, IL)

Silverline Ivory Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Chicago. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
