Recruiter - interview scheduling (Chicago, IL)

Ironwood Hollow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Chicago, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 437 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
