Recruiter - interview scheduling (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Drift Inspection Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
