Recruiter - interview scheduling (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Cobalt Community Partners is a nonprofit in Chicago supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
