Recruiter - interview scheduling (Chicago, IL)

Clearpath Orchard Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Chicago. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
