Recruiter - interview scheduling (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
