Recruiter - interview scheduling (Chicago, IL)

Fernwood Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Chicago. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
