Recruiter - interview scheduling (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Drift Facilities Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
