Clearpath Union Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
