Recruiter - interview scheduling (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Fern Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 259 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
