Recruiter - interview scheduling (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Quill Facilities Group is a facilities company in Charlotte with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
