Recruiter - interview scheduling (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark Ridge Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
