Recruiter - interview scheduling (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Oak Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Charleston, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
