Recruiter - interview scheduling (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
