Recruiter - interview scheduling (Charleston, SC)

Bright Pike Property Management is a Charleston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
