Recruiter - interview scheduling (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ivory Banking Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
