Recruiter - interview scheduling (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Fox Insurance Group is an insurance company in Charleston with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 344 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
