Recruiter - interview scheduling (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Buffalo serving students and families. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
