Recruiter - interview scheduling (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Corner Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
