Recruiter - interview scheduling (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Vista Housing Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
