Recruiter - interview scheduling (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Nest Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Buffalo. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
