Recruiter - interview scheduling (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Maple Community Partners runs community programmes across Buffalo, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
